Chatbot Pilot Project

 

As part of APDA Advocacy and Advise campaign we have colaborated with Access Social Care (ASC) to develop a new chatbot for people who can access legal advise and support from their computers.

 
 
 
 

A meeting was held with Service Users, staff and family members to work with ASC in co-designing the chatbot.

At the beginning of March 23 Access Social Care provided training to some of our domicilitory care staff on the Care Act and how to use the chatbot with our Homecare clients.

ASC conducted one to one interviews with Service Users and family member to have a more indepth meeting about the development of the chatbot.
